Mental Imagery Training: The science behind the mental training of top performers
Mental Imagery Training who is taking place at October 31st is an 8-hour experiential seminar focusing on Sport Psychology and Performance Science, introducing participants to the science behind mental training and showing them how to apply the technique to their own goals.

Mental Imagery is more than simply thinking about success. It is a structured mental training technique through which a skill, performance or action plan is mentally rehearsed, engaging sensory, motor and emotional elements.

Academic gift
Participants will receive a 50% scholarship for the Bachelor & Master Psychology programmes offered by ICPS – College of Humanities, taught in both Greek and English, in collaboration with the University of Lancashire.
The scholarship may be used by the participant or by someone of their choice. Detailed information regarding the use of the scholarship will be sent electronically after registration.
