Open mic challenge – New talents music nights
Theatre of the NO continues its support for emerging musicians in the new season with Open mic challenge – New talents music nights.
Theatre of the NO opens its stage to new musical voices
The first event takes place on Wednesday, November 11, at 21:00, inviting artists and bands to step onto the stage and perform original material live, in sets of up to 45 minutes.
Open mic challenge is an open platform for artistic expression, created to give space to new musical voices, encourage networking among creators, and nurture a lively, interactive music community in the city.
The audience becomes part of the experience
At every event, the audience has an active role: they enjoy the live performances, vote, and choose the artist who stands out. This process creates a direct connection between listeners and creators, celebrating the energy of live music.
A monthly winner will be selected, while five finalists will advance to the season finale. One finalist will receive a cash prize.
Participation in the competition is unpaid, but it offers meaningful opportunities for exposure, experience, and networking — an important next step for every emerging artist.
